Your swim and booking update

Updated swim rates and optional five-visit passes begin October 26. Until then, current rates apply. The update supports ongoing staff training and consistent care for your dog.

Payment and existing credit

We are preparing updated booking and advance-payment instructions. The start date and steps will be confirmed before rollout. Existing confirmed appointments, prepaid packages and credits keep their agreed terms.

Check credit before paying again. If you have prepaid visits and checkout asks for another payment, stop and email info@indoordogpool.ca. The team will check the balance, service and booking with you. A saved card alone does not show that payment has been taken.

The booking link is available for eligible clients and released services. The prepaid-credit checkout is still being tested, so we are keeping credit questions staff-assisted.

Five visits, six months from purchase. Passes are optional and service-specific. Weekly, biweekly or monthly visits should suit your dog—not a sales target. Hydrotherapy remains assessment-led.

Memberships come later. These passes are not recurring memberships. Neighbour-business benefits and future membership plans are still in development.

Changes to your appointment

Please give the team as much notice as possible. Before booking or paying, ask which cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to your visit. Earlier agreed confirmed and prepaid terms remain protected. Contact the team promptly about illness or an emergency; any exception needs review.

This notice does not introduce a new late-cancellation charge or change the terms of an existing booking.
