Include both dogs if they will attend together. This form cannot check live availability, payments or your Jane account.

Unsure whether a payment went through?

Do not pay again. Check your Jane account, confirmation email and receipt, then ask the team to verify the payment and booking. A receipt alone does not confirm that both dogs are booked. Existing prepaid visits or credits also need checking before a new payment.

01Keep both dogs together

List each dog. The team will check both profiles, the correct service and the staff and pool coverage for the same visit.

02Check before paying again

If payment is uncertain or you have prepaid visits, pause and ask the team to verify the existing payment or credit first.

03Check the final details

The centre’s confirmation should cover each dog, service, date, time and payment or prepaid arrangement. Contact the team if anything is missing. This request is not that confirmation.
